Orders. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit or cancel quantities at our discretion.

Cancellations. We will attempt to honor cancellation requests if received before shipment, but cannot guarantee it.

Processing & Shipping. Orders typically ship within two to three business days, excluding weekends, U.S. federal holidays, and Jewish holidays. We will try to ship faster when possible.

International Shipping. Available where listed at checkout. Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, VAT, and import taxes.

Lost/Damaged Packages. Risk of loss passes when packages are accepted by the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but are not responsible for the outcome.

5. Donations & Voluntary Support

Kosher Duck Revolution is an initiative of the Atlanta Israel Coalition, a 501(c)(3) organization. Any donations or voluntary contributions made through the Site are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. When you buy a duck, the part of the price above the duck's fair market value and shipping is a tax-deductible gift to AIC. Your receipt shows that amount to the cent. Refunds are not offered for donations.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by their payment terms and privacy policy.

7. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Users may submit photos, videos, stories, and messages (collectively, “UGC”).

Your responsibilities:

• You must own or have rights to the content you submit.
• You may not post unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or infringing material.
• Any identifiable persons in your content must have given consent.

License you grant us: By submitting UGC, you grant KDR a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display your content in any media for community features, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Moderation: We may edit, refuse, or remove UGC at any time, for any reason.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is owned by Atlanta Israel Coalition or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without prior written permission.

9. Partner Programs & Licensing

Nonprofits, schools, and organizations may participate in partner programs and co-branded duck campaigns. These opportunities are governed by separate written agreements. Chapter charters are covered by Section 10.

10. Chapter Charters

Chapters. A chapter is a local group that hides KDR ducks under its own name and runs its own drops: a mitzvah project, a club, a classroom, a congregation, a business, or a few friends. A chapter cannot speak or sign for KDR or the Atlanta Israel Coalition. A chapter is not an agent, branch, or affiliate of AIC or KDR. The person who charters a chapter must be 18 or older (see Section 2) and is responsible for it under these Terms. A bar or bat mitzvah project needs an adult to charter it.

The Charter. The Founding Chapter Charter is $180, one time, with no annual dues. It includes:

• A starter flock of 18 kosher ducks, with standard KDR tags.
• Print-ready tag artwork with your chapter’s name and QR code. We design it, and you print it.
• A chapter page, a listing in the chapter directory, and a pin on the map.
• The drop playbook.
• Chapter pricing on reorders.

Shipping is added at checkout. Your receipt shows the part that is a tax-deductible gift to AIC (see Section 5).

Your Tags and the KDR Name. The KDR name and marks, the tag artwork, and its QR codes belong to AIC (see Section 8). While your charter is active, you may print your artwork in any quantity and tie the tags onto KDR ducks for your chapter’s drops. Without our written permission, you may not:

• Change the artwork, or use the KDR name or marks on anything else.
• Put your tags on ducks that did not come from KDR.
• Sell anything under the KDR name.
• Use the KDR name to raise money for anyone but AIC, or to support or oppose any candidate or party.

You let us show your chapter’s name, logo, and description on your tags, your chapter page, and the map, and you confirm you have the right to.

Reorders. Chartered chapters reorder at $6 a duck, in flocks of ten, plus shipping, through a personal link we email to the chapter. Keep that link inside your chapter. If it is lost or gets out, write to [email protected] and we will send a new one. Reorders are purchases under Section 4. We may change chapter pricing with 30 days’ notice to chartered chapters. A change never affects an order already placed.

Your Chapter Page. We publish your chapter’s name, logo, town, group, what it is for, the month it was chartered, its website, a short description, and its pin on the map. We do not publish the name, email address, or shipping address of the person who chartered it, or anything else you send us. We may edit or remove anything on the page. Its address never changes, because your QR codes point to it.

Your Chapter’s Conduct. Your chapter is responsible for its own drops, events, and volunteers, and for getting any permission it needs. Follow the house rules in the drop playbook:

• One adult posts sightings for children. Nobody under 13 uploads.
• Ask before you photograph anyone’s child.
• Never hide a duck in food, or anywhere someone has to work to get it back.
• Ask before you use someone else’s property.

Ending a Charter. You can end your charter at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or end a charter at our discretion, with or without notice. When a charter ends, the chapter’s page stays up, marked as a former chapter, so tags already out in the world still reach the sighting form. It comes out of the directory and off the map. Your permission to print the artwork and your reorder link end with the charter. Ducks you have already bought are yours.

Refunds. You can cancel for a full refund until your starter flock ships. If we can’t deliver the flock and the artwork, we refund you in full. Once the starter flock ships, the charter is final. There is no refund when we end a charter for a breach of these Terms.
